Frozen Berry Yogurt with Lemon-Lavender Honey


Yield: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
For yogurt:
1 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries of choice

For lemon-lavender honey:
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon lemon zest, packed
1 tablespoon fresh lavender blossoms, or 1/2 teaspoon dried
Instructions:
  1. Mix honey, lemon zest and lavender in a small microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on medium heat 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Cool.
  3. Combine yogurt and berries in food processor. Pulse until combined. While running, add 1/4 cup honey until smooth. Taste for sweetness. Add more honey to taste, if desired.
